Double Musky Pie
Chocolate-pecan pie with a dense filling and a proper crust. Serve slightly warm.

Ingredients
- ·1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- ·1 cup chopped pecans
- ·1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ·3 large eggs
- ·1 cup dark corn syrup
- ·3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- ·4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ·1 tbsp bourbon
- ·1 tsp vanilla extract
- ·Pinch of salt
- ·Whipped cream, to serve
Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Scatter pecans and chocolate chips in the pie shell.

Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Pour over pecans and chips. Bake 45–55 minutes until the center is set with only a slight wobble.

Cool at least 1 hour before slicing. Serve with whipped cream.
