Ingredients

  • ·1 1/2 cups flour
  • ·1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • ·7 oz butter, softened
  • ·14 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ·1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • ·16 oz whipped cream (divided)
  • ·1 1/2 cups instant chocolate pudding mix
  • ·1 1/2 cups instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ·4 cups cold milk
  • ·1/2 cup chopped pecans (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

Thoroughly mix the flour, 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, and softened butter, then form into a ball. Mash flat into a 9x15 inch Pyrex baking dish.

  3. 3

Bake the crust for 25 minutes at 350°F, then remove and let cool completely.

  4. 4

Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a mixer until smooth and fluffy. Fold in 8 oz of the whipped cream until fully combined.

  5. 5

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

  6. 6

Whip the chocolate and vanilla instant pudding mixes together with the 4 cups of cold milk until smooth and free of lumps.

  7. 7

Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out to the edges. Place in the refrigerator to chill and set.

  8. 8

Once set, spread the remaining 8 oz of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Slice and serve chilled.
