Cajun Delight
Double Musky's legendary layered treat: a pecan crust, sweet cream cheese, and chocolate-vanilla pudding topped with whipped cream and pecans.

Ingredients
- ·1 1/2 cups flour
- ·1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- ·7 oz butter, softened
- ·14 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ·1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- ·16 oz whipped cream (divided)
- ·1 1/2 cups instant chocolate pudding mix
- ·1 1/2 cups instant vanilla pudding mix
- ·4 cups cold milk
- ·1/2 cup chopped pecans (for topping)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Thoroughly mix the flour, 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, and softened butter, then form into a ball. Mash flat into a 9x15 inch Pyrex baking dish.

Bake the crust for 25 minutes at 350°F, then remove and let cool completely.

Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a mixer until smooth and fluffy. Fold in 8 oz of the whipped cream until fully combined.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

Whip the chocolate and vanilla instant pudding mixes together with the 4 cups of cold milk until smooth and free of lumps.

Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out to the edges. Place in the refrigerator to chill and set.

Once set, spread the remaining 8 oz of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Slice and serve chilled.
